About Baker Property Inspections LLC
Jonathan Baker was born and raised in Blytheville, Arkansas, and worked at Atlas Tube and Nucor from 2013 until 2023. He is also a licensed Insurance Adjuster in the states of AR, MS, and FL. This experience has helped him gain a keen eye for detail as well as a working knowledge of home systems.
Our Process
We inspect to meet or exceed ASHI Standards of Practice as required by the state of Arkansas. All accessible systems and components prescribed in those standards will be inspected. Any defects that are found will be brought to the client's attention and will be included in the final report.
Exterior, Structure and Roof
Inspect and Identify all accessible exterior, structural and roofing components,.
Home Systems
From windows to interior walls, kitchen appliances to insulation and HVAC, all systems will be inspected.
Electrical
Inspect and identify electrical service, distribution, and outlets/components for proper rating and safety.
Plumbing
All accessible plumbing will be inspected, as well identification of water heating sources, supply and waste piping materials, and location of water main and shutoffs.
